Sibwings reactivation issue!

I've loaded so much payware onto my new pc without a hitch until the inevitable Sibwings maze. I've spent the last 90 minutes trying to activate the Birddog and no more attempts are allowed for 2 weeks! I've e-mailed support but have heard that it is rare they check these days. If I have the same issue when I get to the An-2 then I will be truly disappointed.

Anyone got any tips or tricks to get Sibwings product activated?
 
I've just installed the An-2 and it went without issue...phew! Now if I can just get the Birddog to play nicely I'll be happy.
 
Roger, try downloading the Birddog again and install that one. I went through the same thing as you. Apparently you can only install one file one time. The new install will provide you with a new, unique, e-mail address to request your key.

That's what I did but still ran into problems. I must take back what I said about support. Alex has e-mailed me back and we will try to get the Birddog activated...probably tomorrow now:sleep:.
 
Rgr. Alex is the one who helped me as well. I think you're in good hands. I'm glad they abandoned the activation method used in the Birdog...
 
Well kudos for Alex at Sibwings! Had an e-mail waiting tonight with fresh activation details and away I go:ernae:
