What do you have in mind?

Hi Dave,

Here is the picture I posted this past February (had forgotten I had done so!). This picture (found on Flickr) was taken about one month before I got a backseat ride in this very aircraft (November 1974). Had the privilege of riding in a few F-4Js Pax had at the time, but this was the only "B", (BUNO 152298) I rode in. NC

Nice paint!

That paint scheme was just prior to my being stationed at Pax River. WST (Weapons System Test) was renamed Strike Directorate. The base used to have two sections (opposite sides of the base)....North Site Maintenance, and South Site. All the F-4s were at North Site, where I worked, and the A-6s were at South Site. We also had A-4s, TA-4s, F-8s, and a couple Vigilantes too....oh, and A-7A, Bs, Cs and Es.

This one, perhaps?

No doubting this is a nice looking model but it's still the wrong Mk:( I've resisted the Milviz release thus far and can say will a fair deal of confidence that this one won't be troubling my plastic either. Is no one making a K/FG??

DaveB:)

Patience. At least we've finally got developers working on FSX-native F-4s. How many years of persuasion/blackmail (such an ugly word) has it taken to get this far?

Maybe, if a"E" model is planned, the VX4 Bunny will fly again! NC:very_drunk:

I believe that the VX-4 'Black Bunny' ended up as one of the aircraft that were refurbished and supplied to the UK as the F-4J(UK).

You don't want to know what happened to her.

Milviz are indeed doing the J and S models.
