Just mucking about in Photoshop 7 (I have the Nvidia plug in thingie!) and this happened when I saved the skin in DDS
(dont worry Olham...I backed it up first!)

I would quite like to learn to have a go... am i doing something basically wrong? (well, obviously yes!) but anything I should know before making any more silly, psychadelic drug induced skins?

(it is kinda pretty in a weird sorta way though) but perhaps best not give up my day job just yet! lol

It appears that you shifted the main file in position.. did you make some layers and maybe paste them in un registered?

Did you open the file with the mips.. don't want to do that, open the file with out the mips and then, when ready to save, have the plug in create new mip maps for you with the same number and type as the original file.

Does this Nvidia plug-in work with Paint Shop Pro 7? If so, where do you install it? I tried putting it in the PSP folder but it didn't work.

Thanks.

If it can use Photoshop plugins it should work, but check with them or with Navida.
