Skysim Hawk - RAF Grey

Hi Ro

Thanks. I had already noticed this issue and have contacted Flightsim. I am waiting to hear from them. I included both a screenshot and a thumnail in each pack.

Have you downloaded a file and tried it out with the Hawk yet?

Cheers

Paul

Paul,
not yet, sadly. Need to wait until the a.m. before I can get the files at a reasonable speed, then stick them in cold storage for a few days ... only because I'm waiting for my partner to have some free time to finish helping me with the end of my first PC build. Should be good to go next weekend,
regs,
Ro

Nels (at Flightsim) has just come back to me. It seems that by my using the latest version of wipzip (which provides extra compression) the pics cannot be read at his end. So I have resent the pics in the 'older' winzip format and will see what he wants me to do.

Just an update - the problem was my using the very latest version of zipfile which compresses files even more. So, I sent Nels the pics in 'classic' zipfile format and these were OK with him. To make sure that no-one has a similar problem, I have just finished uploading all seven again - this time in classic' format.

If you downloaded the original files then they will be OK if you can see the thumbnail. If not, then please download the new files (which are about 20% larger than the first ones). These should be fine.

Cheers

Paul
