There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

That looks like a severely re-engined Fudge Snowplane built in Moosomin, Saskatchewan.
There's one with a smaller engine at about 1:40 in this clip:
Creations like that were pretty common on the Canadian and US prairies in the 1930' to 50's. Some were homebuilt (a relative of mine made a 4-seater in about 1936) while others were commercial productions.
