So Long Dan Gurney - And Thanks!

A real Giant in Racing History....Contributed so much. Racing has changed, the likes of a Dan Gurney will never be seen again in Motorsports.
 
"With one last smile on his handsome face, Dan drove off into the unknown just before noon today, January 14, 2018," Gurney's wife Evi and family said in a statement. "In deepest sorrow, with gratitude in our hearts for the love and joy you have given us during your time on this earth, we say ‘Godspeed.’"

What a great send off.
Danial Sexton Gurney, one of the legends who I have fond memories of, and a thorough gentleman.

Been following him forever. A true nice guy who will be missed by all who knew him. He was 100% focused on racing his entire life.

R.I.P Dan Gurney.
