SOH Flight Center updates

We are going to run some updates which will no doubt require a reboot to apply them.

This applies only to www.sim-outhouse.net.

The affected features will be FS Host, Team Speak, and the Archive file Downloads.

This should take affect around 2:00 pm UTC or 10:00 am EST with DST or shortly after the server finishes the download and install.
