Solar Impulse 2

Last night on NOVA was a 2 hour special about Solar Impulse 2, completely solar powered and its flight around the world.

Top speed 140 kph, starts spinning if banked more than 10 degrees, not wind and turbulence resistant. No heater, no pressurization.

Sounds like 1905 all over again, but with electricity instead of combustion engines.
