Recently I read a post concerning a British Carrier that had a really cool wake effect that looked like the screws turning. But it was also mentioned in the post that they planned to remove that effect! Don't know why, because I thought it looked awesome! Pete

I tried some of the wake effects and came up with nothing. After reading the instruction on how to add the effect and did not see any wake(s)

Worked fine for me, do you have advanced animations turned on? (think that's what it's called)
I assume you found a spot with waves, saved flight after landing, and restarted after installing the new files.
