Some Great news about the ETO Team Structure

The ETO project has grown to the point that we will be adding additional work teams. Currently we have the West 40 Team that is an important part of the ETO effort and now they will be joined by the Solomon's/ETO Team. These two teams have their own private internal forums to enhance communications and productivity but will contimue to share a main common forum to coordinate and share the fun. The ETO project is so large we need separate teams to be able to take advantage of all the possible avenues of development. These structural changes will only make ETO better and improve productivity and bring better products to you faster and with improved Quality.

You can look for more and exciting developments in ETO. I have seen some work Foute Man is doing with the Netherlands and it will add a lot to ETO when finished. The Solomon's/ETO team is currently working on bringing a lot of the Solomons aircraft over to ETO and are working on new weather, and aircraft for Italy and adding additional ships including two new British Battleships. You can expect the March update to be a very impressive addition indeed. So don't get confused if you see communications from different ETO teams we are all working together to bring you more fun out of your ETO install.

Actually the entire Solomon's Team is currently O-1Driver, RBP, Talon, Capt. Winters and Mustang (currently inactive) and Ed Wilson (deceased).

This same team is also contributing heavily to the ETO project and there are a lot of opportunities to share new developments between the two. We will be adding additional team members to help with the workload and will work on both theatres over the next year. The solomon's/ETO Team is a close knit highly productive team that are very focused and have worked well together for years and will continue to bring you some very exciting new things for both ETO and Solomons.

They're just merging forces really. I hope Korean Skies and the Dogpatch crew can join in. We've learned a ton since then and it would sure be nice to bring that theatre along too.
 
I know my knowledge is very limited but why can't the map be extended? CFS2 and FSX have global maps (I think).
