After seeing some great screen shots here, I thought I'd put a few more hours in, but then wondered about the Simskunk Works release, which I dont have. I'd like to ask those of you with perhaps both models, which you prefer, and why?

I'm just wondering if the SSW model might be better suited to me.

My requirements are:

NOT necessarily to have every system and switch correctly functioning
ARE to have great looking graphics inside and out.
I'd like to be able to just 'jump in and fly' sometimes without having to go through long start-up procedures.
To have the vectored thrust assigned to hardware axis
A reasonably good flight model

What do you guys think?

I am looking to get a Harrier as well, but it seems that each one has its pros/cons. I would like to see a comparison of each...in terms of flight dynamics, appearance, fps, etc..

Razbam:

I do not have SSW model but heared about different approach SSW/Razbam for FM. I have AV-8B and Gr.7&Gr.9 of R. and for me its enough (better like Gr.7/9). Model needs big attention and practices but You will recive good manual for this: http://razbamsims.com/downloads/Docs/RAZBAM Harrier GR.7-GR.9 Aircraft Manual.pdf . Possible: weapon operations, refueling in the air, V/STOL FM, many system works for navigations and combat operations. Smooth fps like a butter (Gr7/9).

I'm afraid you are at a bit of cross purposes here.

The RAZBAM Harrier looks beautiful inside and out. It has very good (though not necessarily comprehensive or wholly accurate) systems modeling. It has a wide array of ordnance and is easily configurable. But its VSTOL model is a bit challenged (and thus challenging) to fly. That doesn't mean you won't enjoy it and with practice, you can still perform entirely creditable VSTOL. It will require work however.

The SSW Harrier is a little rougher in model and texture, but is still a great looking plane. The system modeling is very good as well but often in different areas than the RAZBAM version. As an example, in the RAZBAM Harrier your FSX flight plan destination will be loaded as a waypoint that can be steered to. In the SSW version, waypoints must be entered via external editing. On the other hand, in the SSW Harrier you have a working VSTOL performance page that will tell you your performance numbers. In the RAZBAM Harrier, the performance page is not simulated leaving you with a bit of guesswork. The SSW's ordnance load out is more limited and a bit more arcane to load than RAZBAM's. But the VSTOL model is frankly the best I have ever experienced in any version of Flight Sim. It is not perfect, but is controllable throughout the flight envelope, predictable, and gives a good "feel" of flying the actual jet.

In both cases though, you are going to need to do some checklist following and you are going to need at least a little practice. The Harrier isn't hard to fly per se, but it is different than most aircraft and you do tend to operate at the edges of the performance envelope. This requires you to treat the airplane with a bit of respect.

In the end, I have both and am glad I bought both. What version you choose is really going to depend on the features that are most important to you. Unfortunately, from your original post, it sounds like you are going to be unable to find everything you are looking for in a single offering.
