Hi Good people,

just a heads up for those that are interested - there is now 3, yes 3 NEW scenery packages available.

Ford-Moscow - an airfield within an old castle on the outskirts of Moscow - lots of new models and some fun flying.

Ford-Panama - gives the default Atlantic side of the Panama Canal a bit of vibrance and life - includes many ships, dirt airfield, little industrial area and village, castle on an island and a very different Canal Gates setup. Vastly different to the MS default scenery and objects - carrier with a hard deck is nearby for those that want some short runway practice.

Now the big one Ford-Brazil - 3 airfields in one - a fictional elevated airfield for Brazil, a mountain interior airfield nearby, and a rendition of Maceio where the first Atlantic crossing/flight from Europe landed. Lots of interesting stuff in this scenery.

Anyway - that all the news to date - as always still much more to come:wiggle:

To get hold of the latest releases for FREE pop on over to the Ford-Tri-Motor Project web site and grab whatever catches your interest.

Happy Simming,
Garry J. Smith and Edward C. Moore

Garry,
Picked up the sceneries, no problem. Thank you. However, all the new Vega repaints return a "File Error 404, file not found" error. Will be looking forward to them when you get it corrected.

OOPS

Hi Good People,

Silly me - forgot to upload the Vega repaint Zips to the server - fixed now - sorry.

Lots of zips on the move over the last few weeks. Just a quick check highlights that we now have over 650 downloadable zip files for the project - that is more freebies than quiet a few other Flight Sim related sites. I would suspect that the Ford Tri-Motor Project site is the largest site on the net totally dedicated to a specific set of aircraft and a particular era.

Anyway, now all the Vega's are available - sorry for my blunder.

regards and happy simming

Garry,
With all the fantastic work you do, an occassional slip can be expected, and forgiven. Thank you very much for all your contributions.

Update for Panama Scenery

Hi Good People,

After careful consideration, we have decided to add a full AI pack to the Panama Canal Scenery - 17 aircraft in total, 13 Fords and 4 Vega's - all relevant to the Panama environment. There is a couple of minor graphics tweaks as well to the scenery.

The AI pack has been combined with the Scenery pack into one zip file.

For those that are interested in a historical rendition of the Panama Atlantic end sim environment - feel free to pop on over to the Scenery page of the Ford Tri-Motor Project site and download and enjoy.

Regards and as always happy simming
