some questions

I just downloaded the ETO expansion and it looks great.

I have a few questions:

1. Is there a Spanish Civil War Campaign? I can only choose phoney war and attack on west on start, and i saw a preview movie with ju-52 bombers, I-16's and I-15's, etc.

2. Campaign spawns: Do these ensure I meet an enemy flight every time?
I really like what OFFP3 is doing with these- removing them and replacing them with historical flights, to ensure that I meet the right numbers of planes. Now, I realize that this is probably not going to happen any time soon, but I'm just wondering if there is a way to make some, maybe even most, missions uneventful, as they were in real life.

3. I haven't played around that much, but I noticed that I couldn't start a bomber campaign on either side during the Phoney War.... "No suitable HQ". Is this intentional? Is there any way I can fly some RAF heavies at the start of the war on leaflet raids and attacks on German shipping, or fly a Battle or Blenheim on recon missions over the border in 1939 and early 1940?

thanks
