If it (the Maule) doesn't have a panel CFG, was your original FSX the standard version? That was one of the extra aircraft provided in the Deluxe version, and as AI only in Standard, which might explain the Maule's absence.

hi peter2213,
I know where Newcastle is located, glad to say "alright Peter" and I hope you shant find my photo advice adverse to your enjoyment of Flight Simming. While excellent in showing flight, png screenshots are usually small in dimension and gigantic in byte size thus slowing the loading of a page. I prefer jpg as do so many posters. Byte size is only a fraction of a png while dimensions are huge allowing for a greater inspecton of detail by the viewer.

Howbeit, horses for courses, there's no accounting for taste said someone somewhere, argueing will only make us thirsty, so, I'll get the first round, eh? :icon29: :ernae::running: I'll look forward to more of your screenys............... and another round, yes, :icon29: well, why not?

Cheers to that willy, I was wondering why my images took a while to load, I will now start posting them in .JPG format, and I'll hold you to that round one day mate.
Regards Pete :ernae:

..................that round one day mate.
Regards Pete :ernae:
"that"..............did I say that round, no, couldn't've, said first, and another round as well, knows me manners, and I know of a well-known ale with Newcastle in the label name :medals: well, well, :guinness::icon29::guinness: See'ya at The Nags Head, lol, ask for Trigg.:ernae:

Give jpg a chance, check what others are up to, try a jpg or two. See how it goes.

To be honest, I'm using imageshack and I can't figure out how to make them .jpg's I'm uploading them as that but there being converted to .png so I'm stumped at the moment!
P.S. we call Newcastle brown ale "Mad Dog" up here lol, I'm sure you probably know why!
Regards Pete!!

Ah.........the problem appears.........hmmmmmm...................I guess you use the keyboard V to take the screenshot which gives you a bmp. Same for me mostly. Then I use a freeware photo editor to convert to jpg or resize, crop, etc, as well.

Just a suggestion. I've used it for years, it's free, There are other free programs as well. And I use the SOH upload directly for posting. When it gets too full, I delete the older ones.

Better advice may come from others. Ahem, Mad Dog, how nice, a grand match to my avatar. :ernae: Learn sumptin e'ry day.

Hey Peter12213 you should get the FSX Gold Edition and have the whole works. Here in the U.S they are going for around $39.99.

I actually downloaded a freeware replacement panel from flightsim.com and I now have a fully functional working grumman goose! Now all I need is the panel for the maule!
