his is a repaint of Paul Rebuffat's excellent GMAX Spitfire Mk. VIII
Repaint by Daniel Leahy using a template provided by Peter Haley. Portions of these textures retain Dan Swart's original artwork.
This Spitfire was flown by the CO of 79 Squadron, Sqn Ldr K James at Morotai in 1945. James had previously served with 457 Squadron in England before returning to Australia to lead the squadron in 1942.
