Spitfire Mk Vb for MAW

We've been at it again... These reworks of the Zuyax/AvHistory Spitfire have new 4.00 1% airfiles courtesy of Rene, new skins, and the new cockpit by Steve, John, Clive, Daniel and Rob... Among other things.

There's a bit of everything for everybody, with skins based on photos alone, as profiles tend to be wildly inaccurate as we've found out time and time again. Where possible, we've included some of the photos.

11 aircraft in total, covering the RAF, SAAF, French Air Force and USAAF.
