Spitfire MkIa N3290 GR-U, No.92 Sqn RAF, Hornchurch, May-June 1940.

This machine was one of three Spitfires - the first operational Spitfires to land in France - which escorted PM Neville Chamberlain
to Le Bourget airport on 16th May 1940 for a meeting with his French counterpart.
