spokes2112's MacRobertson, Mildenhall 2 Flemington

Its all about time, that zulu thing etc. Yep, going HARD CORE rtwr style. When it's dark over here it'll be light over there. Plus, a big plus... My Co-Pilot sleeps. Once the sleep schedule gets totally f___k_d it will be a good run. Planning on running this "zulu" style.

Do not have the baton but rather a whole boatload (325 lbs) of Kobe Steak, Maine Lobster, 20 yr old Scotch & dry ice to keep it at temp while in the middle latitudes. The reason? As penalty for not knowing how to do simple math to convert zulu time to local. Made the mistake many weeks ago and never checked it. Even put it in the MS Office calendar & suite so it would remind me...... Of the wrong time. Due to crappy a__ planning I must take off now. :-( ( Will definitely hear you on TS)

This is my official start - Departing Mildenhall for places unknown eastward.

What a way to start! Reminiscent of the Cape to Cape. Put a boat load of time in practicing nearly flawlessly. Then... On the first leg crash. The rubber didn't even get to taste the ground, but rather it tastes the metal that protects it from the elements. ( A hanger )

Off to Iran. Refreshed nicely after a couple of cups of Turkish/Iraqi Coffee (zing/Zing) with another 2 in the cockpit thermos.

Are you absolutely sure you want a vindaloo before embarking on a long flight in an aircraft without the facilities to handle the aftermath??! :redfire:

The Spartan is one of my favorites. It was right behind the Gee Bee on the short list of what I was wanting to fly to Melbourne in.

Good show so far Roman!
