I think the easiest way to do this is post a copy of the message received from the SOH Admin;

..."please notify the members it's time to clean their attachments up, Private messages up, update their user profile, check their signature and Avatar and make sure that the images and links are valid.

It's also time that forums are cleaned-up, stickys updated."
