Wow, 91! Congratulations, sir!
What operating system are you using on your computer?
If you don't know, find your "start" button in the lower left of your screen and left click on it. A small "window" or listing should open, and (probably) somewhere on the right of this window will be the word "computer." Right-click on "computer" and another window will open, probably a white one with a number of words or phrases in it. Find the word "properties" and left-click on it once. A large window will open on your screen, and somewhere near the top of this window it will say something like, "View Basic Information About Your Computer." Please tell me what it says about what Operating System your machine is using. Look toward the top under "Windows Edition." It should say something like "Windows 7 Home Premium," or maybe "Windows 8," or "Windows XP."
Please note this and let me know what it says. Once I and the others on this site see that information, we can give you a steer toward finding and removing that KB article. The reason we need to know this is that each operating system's method of allowing you to see what updates are installed is a little different. I want to ensure you receive information specific to your machine.
