The SSW is pleased to present its "vintage" package that can be used to reproduce the air battles in the skies of Italy in the period 1943 - 1945.
The package called "WW II Battle of Italy" consists of:

2. The fighter-bomber aircraft Reggiane 2002 "Ariete" with the liveries of the 102nd squadron and its commander Giuseppe Cenni.
3. An expansion to the P3D default Milviz P38 to be used with vACMI
4. The scenario of Udine-Campoformido (LIPD) where the 1st "Gruppo Caccia "operated for a long period.

Hi,

very interesting! I thought vACMI can only used with SSW aircraft? I noted that the default P3D P-38 is also armed with this great addon.

Cheers,
Mark

New vACMI has been generalized, every aircraft can be vacmified very easily, matter of some line on panel.cfg and a templatized xml to be patched for your needs.
merry xmas

Thank you for the epic Christmas present, SSW!

(Just got your F-84F on sale last night and I'm super-impressed!)

So I installed it, and the Macchi 205 looks great! But the RE2002 didn't show up in my plane list, and I don't see it in simobjects/airplanes. I even tried installing a second time.

All options were selected.

Anyone else install it and see the plane?

HI,
you are right,
the installer fails to load the RE 2002, for some reason, will be upgraded soon.
Will report the download link here.
cheers
