Standalone problem

I made standalones of the DR_Bf109E-1 and E-3. The E-1 went just fine, on the E-3, my guns don't fire. They do on the original E-3:isadizzy:

I have had other problems with standalones, but never this one:isadizzy:

I did nothing more than rename the files like usual. Anyone got a clue what could have gone wrong? Sorry if this is too generic of a question.
