Status

Thanks again to all who participated in this. The staff now has all the info they need to restore the CFS2 downloads section.
 
I'm checking through the downloads section.....she's coming back, folks. The list is being worked on, some of the links are already fixed! (Try FDG scenery)
 
Way to go Rami and everybody else working hard behind the scenes! Its an unbelivable amount of tedious work. Thanks!:ernae:

Douglas....

I can't help but to wonder what these lists look like to our buddy Douglas. A bit overwhelming is my guess. Like a truck just backed up to his front door and dumped two tons of gravel for a road to be laid with a shovel and wheel barrel. :isadizzy:
We have to get this guy a new pair of shoes or something. With him taking care of the usual daily uploads plus this...whew! All I can say is thanks a heap Douglas and to all the others involved! I'd imagine most of the time the job is thankless and just expected. I think it's safe to say everyone in the basement really appreciates what your doing and the labor that is involved. Your a helluva guy Doug, thanks Again! Really...:applause:
 
He's not doing it alone, guys. Some of the other staff members are helping too. But he's still the man, regardless.

I'm glad that progress is being made. Thanks to all who have helped, but most thanks to Douglas because without him, none of the files would even exist to be restored. I was thinking I would have to re-upload all my aircraft from the last year or so. Thankfully, it appears that almost all of them are safe. :applause:

I agree. I would make him a CFS2 aircraft of choice but he probably doesn't fly CFS2 anymore. Maybe we should just get him a Big bottle of Tylenol for the giant headache he must have . . . .
