Steering the Goose in water

<style></style>If you got problems steering the goose, try this in the cfg:
point.9 = 5, -17.5, 0.0, -3.1, 0, 0, 0.0, 75, 0.00, 0.0, 1.00, 0.0, 0.0, 2, 0, 0
You can keep the old settings by using slash marks to keep them from being read:
//point.9=5, -15.5, 0.0, -2.1, 0, 0, 0.0, 20, 0.00, 0.0, 1.00, 0.0, 0.0, 0, 0, 0

I found this over on some other forum, don't remember which one.
But it works.

What was strange is when I went into the .CFG file on the HD version point 9 was "commented out"? I added yours and will try it out

I found it that way too. I also added this to the original Goose which were not commented out. I did it as I said so I can go back if I want.

I usually use a mix of rudder and engine control. My father taught me that one flying float planes, just throttle up the engine real quick and down again, well smooth, right engine to go left, left engine to go right. pretty easy.

The original MS version of the plane came with a water rudder, but the goose never had one so i commented it out, creating a major pain in the butt as far as water steering goes.. it's been kinda fun trying to learn to stear it without a rudder..
