I 've been painting four skinpacks for Lucariny's Stinson L-5's for FS 2004, which can be found on Flightsim.
File name: stinsonl5s
Each skinpack integrates:
- a Common files folder with,
a converted model file, with a basic non operational VC view.
a common texture bmp's, including a modified StinsonL5SMisc, on which I erased the pilot textures and
a modified Aircraft.cfg
- a set texture folders with different models
You will have to import from the original FS2004 file the panel file, and a Sound file.
No dp file provided.
4 skinpacks :
11 Guinea short lines aircrafts (25th. Liaison squadron based in New-Guinea in 1943).
9 European Theater of Operations aircrafts.
6 Pacific Theater of Operations aircrafts, including 6 USMC OY-1's.
5 various textures, including the first produced O-62, a Chinese L-5, and a camo Korean war version.
NOTAM:
I modified the texture file to erase the animated pilot, but could not completely make him disappear...
The harness, headphones and microphone are still there, and you will see them appear in VC view. Sorry,
but maybe one of our gurus could solve the problem.
There is also a sligh problem with the windows transparency, which cannot be solved through modification of
the texture files, only by amending the model file itself, but this is out of my range of competences
Good flights to all of you.
Comments and questions are welcome
