Cleaned up repaint, originally by Revev, of stock D3A1 Val "EII-238", carrier Zuikaku, released in the "PHP2-Vals.zip" pack by SOH's member Talon, to be used with TheB24 Guy's stock AI overhaul Aichi Val. Removed most of the extended bitmap textures green and red "bleed" effect.
