Strange behaviour in speed adjustment

Using miles and kilometres to measure speed and heights seems to influence aircraft behaviour. I use meters to test my G4M2 and I could not get to 4,000 meters. I use knots and I got 16,500 ft without problem...

I use CFS2 in Win 11 environment.
