Strange Problem With kernal32.dll/ mk_mdlc

I am stumped by this one. When Morton's interface for mdlc is opened, I receive an error message that references to "kernal32.dll" . Already tried deleting the complete mdlc package with the interface, downloaded new ones and installed them. Still the same issue happens. Googled the kernal32.dll and found it relates to quite a few thins in the OS. Has anyone ever run into this before ? I'm just adding some shine to a few of my birds in the hanger. Also, everything from Ivan's mdlc works fine with MS Dos commands. This utility is just a real time saver for me.
Thanks, Dv

Sorry no answer here. That kernel32 does touch about everything. What OS are ya running there?
