Strange shaped buildings showing up help please!

Hi all, just powered up eto4 after 8 months to try and finish something i was working on back then, and found that buildings are looking very strange! see pic. It's possible that my cfs3 config is not set up correctly or my ati card CCC needs tweaking?
I have set up cfs3config to reg's settings http://www.regshanger.com/Groundcre...round Crew Design CFS3 2048x2048 settings.php but still have the problem.
I'm sure I had this problem once before and sorted it out myself. Anti-aliase should that be application setting or should i set it in CCC?

Duplicated files in Assets?

just guessing - something in the Assets folder. Try looking for duplicate scenerysheet.dds in Assets folder and ALL subfolders thereof?

Also, anything else that is duplicated in the Assets folder - .sm files for instance.
 
yep, .sm or scenerysheet.dds. Either you have some duplicates somewhere in your install (delete the extras) or the scenerysheet.dds doesn't go with the .sm files you have, which the later case you should reinstall the scenery package (ETO uses the hi-res scenery by Johnouk available here.)
 
Ah, well thats it! thinking about it i did instal von obans latest scenery update to be used with WM manager but that was several months ago. Thanks I will have to look into this in more detail and start with VO's update.

Problem now full solved! 4 months ago i put WM scenery 4.6 on and had a bit of a play with it and so ended up with duplicate files in assets folder. I erased these and downloaded von obons excellent scenery add on, installed it last night, then powered eto up at midnight and wow there it was working beautifully. So im happy now. thanks to all who helped.
Hi Pat, yes back on to it, this time to finish it once and for all not much to do now. Just bought 2 new 24" LG 1920X1080 screens and find the contrast to be so good ten times better than my old LG 17" screens that date back to 2002! They were over £400 each back then! and the new ones were only just over £100 each and what a difference time makes. Ive got them up for sale on ebay but no one wants them at 99p.
