Is there any easy/quick way to search in the Add Ons Library - "by author" - the way you can (using the drop down list of names) in the Add Ons Archive (and the way you could at the old forum)?
 
Yes, but the "archive" I believe only includes add ons up until about Jan 2010. Anything posted after that is now in the "library" which doesn't have the same search function by author, as far as I can tell.
