• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Hi All

Has anyone run the SU16 Beta version yet and if so any reports / observations please?

The one report on the above Official forum that I read and put me off trying myself was that it made his sim "run in slow motion" ... that may be an isolated case but enough to invoke my "if it ain't broke don't touch it" clause...
 
Hi,

Honestly I use it since yesterday while conducting flight model tests for my Aeronca and everything seems to be very good.
The annoying problem concerning MSFS that remained in background despite the release of the simulator has disappeared, but I had two updates regarding the Xbox application so it may be from there.
In standard use, it is fluid and I have nothing to complain about. I had hesitated last week but I am conquered.
 
I'm wondering whether it will solve my two main bugs - 1) that the sim won't close properly and 2) I have no live whether unless I through the convoluted "load clear sky pre-launch then load live weather once in the aircraft"..

Point 1: yes for me it solved
