Yes, there are Subs that fire torps.. At either regs hanger or at Beau's site, can't remember which..
I have destroyers loaded and they also fire torps, I don't remember where I got them years ago..

Not that I know of Ted. The problem with destroyers is they fire torpedos side ways. You could set an AI with a special large gun that fires when is comes in range to simulate a torpedo. This is what my Sboots do. With the right mission setup it can look quite effective.
One of my favourite missions in the torpedo boat package is when a pack of Sboots attack a convoy protected by your Vospers. Often several ships get sunk by the incoming sboots before you can get in to them. This is at night so the AA and machine gun tracer is very exciting to say the least. It is a pity the Sboot game being made by the Russians was never finished.

This has just been released: PT Boats : Knights of the Sea made by Akella (the Russian company you were referring to I think). It stalled for a while, but now has been saved by Battlefront who are distributing it. It has Allied, Axis and Soviet forces. I have downloaded the demo and have just started to play with it (err evaluate I mean) it looks good. I'm getting used to it being keyboard only control! I may buy the actual game as it boasts Fairmile D class gunboats, yes Dog-boats!!!
