• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

...attached is a screen shot of the backyard at Mr. Shorty's located on the Clanton Airport, Clanton, Alabama. Thought I would share some great memories with the Outhouse crowd. We used to meet at the airport after church on Sundays (Well I for one went to church as it was expected that as one of the ministers I would be there.) We would then get our airplanes out and fly around to several of the close by airports. Then in late afternoon, we would all gather at Mr. Shorty's pool for a swim and hanger talk. That was over 20 years ago; yet, it seems like only a few months ago that I moved from there. Looks like you can see the reflection of the pilot in this shot.

BTW...Clanton Airport is in the download section here at the Outhouse.

Would any of the rest of you'll care to share some good memories? I expect a lot of us would enjoy them.

All this sounds like a great way to spend one's Sunday Randy.

If I ever update my Tatoi scenery I will make sure to do some more work around the club's area and share my stories with you.
