    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

That link is for the entire bird which I already have, I was refering to a copy of the "USCG Fiction" paint you showed. I have 48 liveries installed, but not that one.
 
Hum, creative and interesting USCG paint scheme. Assign it to the San Fransisco CGAS. They need some attention and are not represented in Fs.

Patience is a rapidly disappearing virtue at my age. However, in this case I will do my best inpersonation of a tortoise.
