SWS T-37B Tweet P3Dv4

After a very long and tedious developement, we are finally there!

The Tweet is receiving its finishing touches & extras and will go into the testers' hands this week.

All aircraft systems are simulated according to the real world manual, but being a trainer it is also a simple plane to just get in and fly.

Full use of PBR materials, high detail visuals and a lot of custom animations help bring this iconic, albeit noisy trainer to life in P3D.

Fibgers crossed, our sights are set on a late December release for P3Dv4.5.

At the link is a short teaser video, showing off some features that we have been able to create for it: https://youtu.be/Ze6w8YfvBRM

I'm in for a tweet. Love those side by side seating jets. I always was a fan of the Intruder because of that.

Oh that sectional on the kneeboard is cheating, should have an actual pop-up unfolded version! Hoped to see the scary FAIP evil eyes in the right seat as posted on your FB page. Looking forward to this one guys, the last of the trainers I need for my hangar.

Very nice, need more screenies :wavey:! Nice idea with moving map and 3D pilot/instructor.

Hi Alex, this is very exciting! Will be great to have a new T-37 noisemaker. :)

Indeed! And it is a fun little airplane to fly, a GA jet.

We are also making use of A2A's rain effects plugin, which makes it a bit more interesting to fly in a rainy day.

I thing I will never forget, that was standing Fireguard in front of a T-37 during engine start. The nickname Flying Dog Whistle is an understatement! With ear plugs and over-ear protection, the screech was nearly unbearable. I couldn't wait to hand those guys off to ground taxi!
