It's very, very good. Best freeware I've installed for a long time :Banane01:

I've GOT to find a way to get rid of Bitchin Betty though - she drives me mad :banghead:

Adding this line to the aircraft.cfg will get rid of the annoying "too low! too low!" :

[GPWS]
max_warning_height = -1 //No need for GPWS

I just found this in the .cfg for version 1.1. Maybe editing or removing this will get rid of the over G warning:

[VoiceAlerts]
LowFuelPct = 0.1, -1, 60 //Low Fuel limit (percent), Check BELOW, Check every 60 seconds
OverGLimit = 6.0, 1, 1 //High G limit, Check ABOVE, Check every 1 seconds

Thank you. The exact same lines are in the Acceleration F-18 cfg.

I could also delete these from the sound cfg -

[VOICE_ALERT_OVER_G]
filename=OverG
[GPWS_PULL_UP]
filename=GPWS_Pull_Up

Problem solved :applause:

Seems slicker than the first version to look at, super-good freeware!

It there a trick to getting the MFDs and HUD working? I can grab the knobs with the mouse but they won't turn. The Master Avionics switch is on and, I can't find anything else that applies to the MFD.

Jmig, do you have Acceleration? I believe we need this for the MFD's and HUD (unless there is a way to liase other gauges?)

The textures appear not to be properly dds formatted, they are infact .bmp images with the .dds file type stuck on.

It doesn't make much difference, just a note to anyone who wonders why textures won't open in DXTBmp.

You can then use DXTBmp to export as a true .dds via save as > dds texture

Ooh, I'll get it later, download times on my fast cable are at 16.5 kps at AvSim, will wait until a better time when i can stream it in at 700kps.
