This one is pretty simple. The damping ratios for the gear were set much too high, I think they were concentrating a lot more on FSX at the time.
Its another [contact points] edit, change it as follows and the helo becomes much more well-behaved when landing:

I also added some more stability by spacing the main gear a little farther apart.
You could also add the second wheel on the nose gear, and space them about 1>-1.5 feet apart.
Just remember to change the max number of points value to 10.
