TBD Devestator Base Files

The OH TBD has folding wings already. I say it the best OH plane B-24 made.

There's always room for a new Devastator,it and the Avenger are the only default planes that haven't been replaced by new ones.Besides with the new technology in making planes it might be even better .

They may look better but they cause butt loads of lag. There not a plane out there that is good as a M$ models with brake way parts. Mult-res and VC that can get under any stock M$ model. There may be some that are close in free flight but the can not be used a AI aircraft with out lag.

I run OH as AI and player aircraft. I've seen no more lag with OH than stock M$ models. A FS9 TBD would do FS9 good were there only you flying it. Not 20 other AI do so it the same time.

Devastator, and Avenger are the best OH planes, that's why theres no replacement for them. The Kate and Val are right with them at the top.
 
I've not had a prpblem with the OH TBD and TBF/M ... but it would be nice to have new, updated versions of both available to match the really sweet FDG2 SBD and Wolfi's SB2C. I don't believe that we can ever have too many choices when it comes to aircraft. If frame rates get to be a problem, then I use the older aircraft for AI's in missions and fly the new one myself. Don't know about any of you ... but it works for me:applause:
 
I say go ahead and convert her over... can't have too many of these birds!
 
The thing is the plane is not finished yet so if he is giving the source files for it someone can cut down the poly count for CFS2 which will raise Frame Rates.

I've had 10,20,30 non stock planes in the air at once with no real problems and get over 60fps most times.Most up to date computers should run them fine.

I believe the source files that they are referring to are for a Buchon, not a Devastator.
