• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

I downloaded this utility on the advice of several folks for getting accurate elevation info for the scenery work I'm doing. I have not been able to get it to work though. I am running Windows7 64bit and I can only assume that that is the main reason why. I get several errors (while running FSX), but this is one:

"Could not load file or assembly "Microsoft. Flight Simulator.SimConnect, Version+10.0.60905.0, Culture-neutral.
PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of it's dependencies. The system could not find the file specified.

Does anyone use this program, especially with windows7 and have it working, or have any idea why it won't function?

The first version would not run under 64 bits. Search for a string on FS Developers about it and I believe Dick loaded one to the thread that worked (at least for me).
