A nice starting point for using the TDS and Posky FSX models in P3D is "hand migrating" the stock FSX 737 and 747 to P3D.
Just drop them in your P3D aircraft folder, they work fine. Then you won't have trouble with aliased VC's and sounds. Or, at least, less trouble ...
I hand migrated all the stock FSX vehicles not in P3D. If I recall correctly, the only ones needing special care are the EH101 and FA-18, where you also need to copy the aircraft specific DLL from the gauges directory (EH101.DLL and FA-18.DLL). Apart from that it's simply plop in and fly.
