Does anyone know if someone is making or where a texture is for Tim "Piglet" Conrad's Embraer A-29B Super Tucano to look like a T-6 Texan II? Thank you.:cost1:

I'm curious as to the exterior differences between the A-29 and the T-6. I know the T-6 has an ACES II ejection seat that makes a bump in the rear cockpit, but don't have a clue beyond that.

Very interesting project. I think it's mainly to support the MAP program. I'm a bit more interested in the new-build OV-10s because it has the ability to carry a few passengers or special cargo in the rear.

Unless the ACESII was a very recent acquisition for the JPATS, I believe the T6 Texan II has a Martin Baker Ejection Seat. I attended my last Egress Conference in early 2006 at Reno and the Martin Baker folks had their latest and greatest on display there. One was the JPATS Seat and the other was the F-35, which was an amazing seat system.

I believe the following year, they were also to begin retrofitting all T-38's with a Martin Baker Seats (a nice hefty contract to be sure), as they were advertising for anyone who wished to get in on the retro-fit to contact them for more info.

Those paint schemes are cool, but I'm 100% Air Force and the paint scheme that is on it right now is really neat (planning on entering undergraduate pilot training in a few years) and want to fly an aircraft in FSX closest to it without paying for it. Something for Tim "Piglet" Conrad to work on.

Interesting info fellas. Thank you. I would love to see that Navy paint on Iris's T-6 Texan II but I lack the talent to make it happen. :p
