These missions pay tribute to the work done by 'ndicki' and his global layer modification. He placed Flak and the new GC Searchlights in fixed positions on a Dutch island. The "Dawn" missions work best for those of you who only have the "Flak" portion added in. The "Dusk" missions are for those who installed both Flak and Lights facilities into your global layer.
