Today while reinstalling my RealAir Simulations SF260 I realized that I had misplaced my 2005 update for the model. I emailed the RealAir support emailbox to ask for assistance. To make a long story short, in just a little more than 2 hours the SF260 was reinstalled and in the air again. Rob Young of RealAir Simulations was extremely courteous, professional, and very prompt with his help. He even fixed my RealAir account which I had managed to mess up. Needless to say I'm very impressed with Rob and with RealAir Simulations.
