I was flying my rear-end off trying to nab this one by the 1st of the year but it didn't work out that way.

But as of my last landing a couple of hours ago at CYQX, my logbook is sitting officially at 5000.3 flight hours.

Wow. Don't know how long I've flown in the simulator, since I've never bothered to keep my logs between re-formats :p.
 
Congrats to you on the massive achievement. I am 55 away from picking up 1,000.. Couldn't imagine having 5,000. Hopefully you can relax since you have been working hard to get it.
