The B-47E Will not Work For Me

I D/L Mr Bill Holker's B-47E for FS9, the plane dose show up on the ground with all its ground
support but the instrument panel dose not show just a forward shot of the wide open spaces.
Then there was another B-47E that was redone by a gentleman using Mr Holkers B-47E,
again this one dose the same thing no panel nothing.

I had the same thing happen with both of those... and to this day can't figure out why. Attributed the issue to something in the model file, or maybe a syntax error in the panel config. I shelved the whole bit to look at later but after seeing your post, I might have another go with both kits. I would think it has to be something simple.
