Is that thing cool or what.
I saw a documentary on this thing. It has huge, MASSVIE chemical tanks inside the fuselage for the laser system. I do not know how or why it works using chemicals, but it does. Seems to work well.
The laser hits a target and super heats it to incredible temperatures, igniting fuels within.
