Thank you SO much for posting this. I have two of E,W, & F's concert dvds, but this youtube video was taken of one I do NOT have. But I just found it on Amazon.com for $8.49 (including shipping), and I ordered it immediately!

Earth, Wind, and Fire is one of THE most talented groups of our time. For me, at least, it is almost impossible for me to sit still and watch them. Gotta dance! They are great!!!
