The late Eva Cassidy: a real treasure.....

Until this morning, I had never heard of Eva Cassidy. I was listening to some music, and happened upon some of Eva's songs. Tragically, she passed away in November of 1996, at age 33, of cancer. She was a real talent. Thank God her music lives on.

I've always been a fan of Cindy Lauper. I never thought anyone could improve over anything she did until I heard Ms. Cassidy sing "Time After Time." The sincerity in her voice will likely never be matched by anyone else.
