The Other Lear 35 Under Development?

There was another Lear 35 being developed which was showcased over at FSDeveloper forums back in 2015 by Skip67 which looked very promising. At the time the model was for P3Dv2 but since April of 2017, there doesn't appear to be any news about the model. Does anyone know anything regarding the status of the model?

I've seen more than a few projects come to this end on FSDevelopers. Screenshots that show what would appear to be a finished product with maybe a few minor tweaks here or there and then. . . .nothing. The developer simply stops posting updates. Attempts to reach him fail, either because he doesn't want to be contacted or some medical problem has taken away his ability to communicate. . .or any number of other reasons. Not uncommon and for the end user rather frustrating actually. . .but, after all the developer owes us nothing, no explanation, no demand that he finish what he started. . .nothing. His project, his decision and no explanation necessary.
