The 'Places' folder in CFS3

Hi James,
I've checked all my installs, the only one with a places folder in it is Clives BoB addon, they are sets of files usually associated with building files, but they in some cases incomplete sets. so my guess is a WIP folder of some sort for placing ground textures for various building locations in game.
